ICCS is based in the International Institute for Cultural Studies at National Chiao Tung University. The Center for Asia-Pacific Studies at National Tsing Hua University and the Center for the Study of Sexuality at National Central University both serve as supporting offices and facilitate cross-campus academic collaborations. Director of ICCS acts as Principal Investigator for all projects. Five subprojects are each directed by one sponsor, and 6-9 postdoctoral researchers assist sponsors and research teams. The main project hires three full-time assistants to manage administrative tasks:

2. International Affairs and Performance Presentation: Facilitates collaborative procedures between ICCS and international organizations and research institutes; compiles and presents ICCS performance, manages website and visual design
3. Academic Publication and Activities: Facilitates academic publications and academic activities at ICCS
